As a retired attorney, I want to tell you that your quote is not 100 percent correct. The ad doesn't say that one can get that particular coin, the one that is actually nearly pure gold in content; if it did, it would constitute fraud under federal law.

I just saw this very ad on television-- National Geographic Channel – – and that's why I wanted to look up how much 14 mg of gold was worth. I asked Siri, and she sent me to your site immediately, so you should be proud of that, for sure.

Your main point is obviously correct. Even though this ad is not illegal as presented, it should be.

It's incredible to me that many people could be taken in by this virtual scam, but thanks for the info regarding the value of $.72! The advertisement is particularly repugnant to me, because it will appeal in large part to seniors who think they are getting some kind of a bargain.

Of course, I knew from the beginning it was well- camouflaged BS. You've undoubtedly saved thousands of people from falling victim to this disgusting trick.

I returned from vacation and resumed my Directv service. Then I tried to log into my Directv account to check my current invoice. I could not login. Well that is not exactly correct. I COULD login but after logging in and seeing my account information, I was redirected to a comeback_1 page that wanted me to comeback to Directv! I have Directv service and I can login. I just cannot stay on my account page. It sounds like the geniuses from AT&T are royally screwing up what was once a premier satellite service. When I called the 8XX number I got a young man I could barely understand who was largely clueless. I have other options and after many years with Directv I am thinking about leaving.

I have been an AT&T and a DirecTV customer for about 20 years. I was able to watch all of my DirecTV channels on my iPad or iPhone with no problems, UNTIL I updated my email address with DirecTV. Since doing this, my iOS devices will no longer except the login credentials. Strangely, I can use those very same credentials and successfully log into the DirecTV website and view my account information. One confusing aspect of this is that when I TRY to login to the DirecTV app, it asks for my AT&T credentials. I have always successfully used my DirecTV credentials before updating my email address.

Prior to the DirecTV and AT&T merger everyone I spoke to at DirecTV was based in the United States, now I am talking to people I can barely understand and have a poor understanding of the English language.

Hi I just ordered directv and also am unable to log into my portable devices. I will give them the benefit of doubt that my info hasn't registered on their servers yet... HOWEVER... in today's day in age this is completely unacceptable. AT&T if you read this. I may have to cancel this one because after all I want to use it with my devices....

they do say its a replica, and they do say its non monitory, and they do say 24 mg. it doesn't take a rocket scientist to figure this out

I did not find the search and never have the opportunity to read this blog until now when I am in the same situation . I signed for a trial on March 30 and I suppose to call to cancel subscription , I Have been busy ( this is not excuse anyway but is the reality) and on April; 11 I was charged for almost $ 53.00 I just spoke with customer service asking to cancel everything and give me the money back and answer is , they can not do anything. Where Do I need to go to complain? thanks.

I know this is an older post but I have to agree. I've had a reseller account with HG for many years. Over the last 3 years the server performance has been pitiful and the support has progressively gotten worse over the last 2 years. The straw that broke the camel's back was a few months ago when I had an issue with a client's site and put in a support ticket....5 days went by with no response. I added a note to the ticket...2 days later...no response. I added another note and then 2 days later they finally responded. Nearly 2 weeks is not acceptable. I made the move last month to a new host and it's night and day. Support has been excellent. The server performance is the biggest surprise. For years, HG was telling me that the slowness was caused by poorly configured Wordpress themes and their servers were fine. After moving all sites to a new host the performance isn't even close.

they have taken 2 unauthorized withdrawals since I cancelled in Dec. 2014. They wont return calls and keep shutting my computer down thinking I will think I need them. In dec it cost me $500.00 to get my computer repaired when they supposedly were protecting it.

BBB is a scam in itself. People pay them to be listed and guess who they are NOT watching out for? Not John Q public, but the scams that are paying them. See "Empire Today" carpet scam for an example of how BBB is really a consumer scam and should never be believed in checking out a company. Sites like this is the best way to go.
